Then, take an appropriate amount of powder eye shadow (2-4) with the black Sponge Tip or Brush. Apply it to the eyelid and blend. Keep the transparent film attached to the case. This film prevents the powder from sticking to the mirror, helping to keep it clean. Dispense an appropriate amount of primer (1 in Figure 1) onto the white Sponge Tip or a fingertip and smooth across the entire eyelid.
Then, take an appropriate amount of powder eye shadow (2-4) with the black Sponge Tip or Brush. Apply it to the eyelid and blend.
Keep the transparent film attached to the case. This film prevents the powder from sticking to the mirror, helping to keep it clean.
