What are the delivery costs and delivery times?

An email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.

Depending on the delivery method selected at checkout, and if the order is placed before noon, it will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

How can I track my order?

An email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched. It is recommended to save this email in order to keep a record of your order. You will then be able to track the progress of your delivery on the Website by clicking on the “My Account” link (located at the top of the screen) and entering the email address and password provided at the time of ordering, or via the “Order Status” section.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

You can track your parcel at any time via your account under the “Order History” section. If you placed your order as a guest, please click on “Track my order”.

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible; however, please note that delivery times may be extended during periods of high activity. If you encounter any difficulties while tracking your order, you may contact us.

You must notify us of any delivery delay as soon as possible by contacting Customer Service, so that we can take the necessary steps with the postal services or the carrier.

I received a damaged product / an incomplete order — what should I do?

If you find that your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us by clicking here. To enable our advisors to assist you, please have your order number ready.

How can I return a product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return request within 14 business days of receiving the Products and request a refund. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order.

You must return the Products in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

To do so:

  • You may contact the Customer Service team via our contact form or send an email to
    contact@cs.cledepeaubeaute.fr with the details of your order.
  • You may also submit a return request on the Website by logging into your Customer Account.

 

Steps to return a Product

Contact our Customer Service team to get your return form. This document is mandatory for the proper processing of your return. No return will be processed without them.

Drop off your parcel at the post office of your choice. Return cost is at your charge.

The order number must be included inside the parcel to ensure proper processing of your return.

Once your return has been created, please carefully package your product(s) and insert the return form into your parcel. This will allow our teams to quickly identify your order.

Please note that Products must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for return and refund.

What are the refund methods and timeframes ?

Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days after your parcel has been received at our warehouse.

During periods of high activity, refund processing times may be extended. This policy applies only to purchases made online on the Website.
Returns for purchases made in store or through a retailer are not handled.
